  • Pricing and Payment: Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through the methods specified on our website.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Product warranties: Any product warranties are those of the manufacturer, and Vincept disclaims all product warranties.

5. Web Development and Social Media Marketing Terms

  • Scope of Services: The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
  • Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, feedback, and approvals as required for the project.
  • Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in the agreement, excluding any third-party software, plugins, or stock assets. Vincept retains the right to use any code or design elements created during the project for other projects, while not directly replicating a client’s finished project.
  • Content: You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • Third-Party Services: Vincept may use third-party services, such as hosting providers or social media platforms, in connection with providing the Services. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement or proposal. Late payments may be subject to interest.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vincept or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User Content
